• Define roles that suit your business. ie. bookkeeper, welder, carpenter, installer, receptionist, manager, florist, astronaut, engineer level 1 - whatever suits the unique needs of your business. Call them what you want, and set qualifications that suit your needs.
• Assign responsibilities to any role that should consider it theirs. Some responsibilities are particular to one or several roles. Only those roles will be aware of such a responsibility.
• Assign a responsibility to all roles. Some responsibilities will apply to all roles company-wide such as telephone ettiquette or vacation time policy.
• Add images to describe a responsibility in full color. In so many instances, a picture is worth a thousand words. Why describe every detail when you can show them how it should look, or where it is located?1BOOM allows you to have up to 4 images for each responsibility.
• A pre-defined template includes links to already established business standards, legal resources, and other material your business needs to know - already entered but completely editable.

• HTML compliant. 1BOOM allows you to link responsibilities to any other online resources you choose. You can link to vendors, information, web pages or PDF files. Most website syntax will work great in 1BOOM.
